Haynes St. School Silent Auction, Dinner and a Movie!

Dinner and silent auction will start at 6:00pm.
Then a movie under the stars! Don’t miss the fun!
We're in the process of collecting merchandise for our annual silent auction it’s no too late items will be accepted to Thursday the 17th. We need your assistance in making the Haynes Silent Auction a success. By donating an item, you'll be making a tax deductible contribution that will help our wonderful school continue to enhance educational opportunities for our children at Haynes.
Additionally, you'll benefit from exposure of your company's name to those who attend the event. Personal donations will also be gladly accepted! All donors will be listed on the event program, and the merchandise you give will be on display through the event. Won’t you consider donating an item to support our school? If you know of any local business owners that would like to contribute please forward them this letter.
Dinner service will begin at 6:00pm the menu will range from all beef hot dogs, tri-tip sandwiches, and so much more!
